Sabrina Valdez is the founder & CEO of The Next Move. Sabrina is a retail executive with over 20 years of experience implementing revenue growth strategies, launching large scale transformation initiatives, and developing high performing leaders & teams. She brings a wealth of knowledge in buying, supply chain, inventory management, global sourcing and analytics. She has passion for developing leaders & unlocking meaningful insights that impact their trajectory in both their personal and professional lives. She focuses on creating an authentic coaching engagement that helps uncover the greatest challenges at hand and a plan to overcome them. In partnership with her clients, Sabrina delivers team and one-on-one sessions, coaching, and action-based roadmaps that lead to deeper insights & maximizing results!
